Return Policy:

At magic decorations.co.uk, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return policy is designed to provide a hassle-free solution.

1. Time frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition. We are unable to process returns for items that show signs of use or damage.

 How to return an item:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at magicdecorations@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Postage Charges: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

4 Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

5. Refund: Upon successful inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
